I am in the USA for 5 months and on L1 Visa,according to my employment contract I need to leave the US on the last day of work or apply for a holiday/visitor visa.On my Passport though,the US customs dated /stamped my L1 for 3 years from entry date.Do I need to apply for another visa if I want to stay for 1 more month as an individual (not an employee)?
