Hi All,
I am pursuing an opportunity in the US for which I need a L1A visa. In addition to the usual elibility criteria laid out by USCIS my company has a criteria which states that the employee should have spent 24 months in the organization. If less than that they will have to evaluate my profile. I have spent 14 months in the current organization
I am a MBA/ Engineering graduate with 9.5 years of experience and a few industry certifications.I am currently in a managerial role in my company.
My question is how strong is my profile for a L1A visa application? I need some pointers to be able to convince the immigration guys in my company to process my Visa.
Thanks for your help
