Applying for L1 A and H1 B parllely

Hi All,

Can I apply for both L1 A and H1 B at the same time from the same company?

I have an L1 A individual petition under RFE. At the same time I have provided the documents for H1 B in this year which can now go for processing. Both are from the same company. Will this create an issue?

Dont see any issues. Once H1 is approved you can attend H1 visa stamping interview, or if L1A petition gets approved you can attend L1 interview. Of course, one cannot have both H1 and L1 valid stamped visa in the passport.
