At the onset, Thanks in advance for your expert response . My question is my I-129 Petition is expiring but I have a valid visa and I-94 . Below are the complete details ...
I-129 Petition Expires : 30-Jul-2015
L1-B Visa expires : 29-Dec-2015
I-94 Validity till : 29-Dec-2015
Physical Stay of 5 Year will Complete on : 27-Sep-2015
1. Can I stay in US and work for my Company till 27-Sep-2015 ?
2. Do my Company has to file for Extension for me to stay till 27-Sep-2015 before I-129 Petition Expires I,e before 30-Jul-2015 ..
