L2 Visa Issuance of new Passport

Hi I got my wives passport reissued. She is on L2 visa and had a FNU in visa and I94. Now I have got my surname added. I want the new name to be reflected on EAD, SSN and other government records. Do I need to get the I94 updated or any other records updated. I visited the local USICS office, they did not have any records to be updated.

You would first need to get a new L2 Visa in order for that to happen as I-94 is dependent upon Visa, and EAD, SSN name would depend upon Visa/I94.
