L2 stamping only.
Hi,
I came to USA in Nov., 2004 with L1-B (blanket petition) visa. My visa was valid till Oct. 2005 only. But my I-94 is valid till Nov. 2007.
My husband also joined me as L2 and he got EAD to work legally in USA.
He wants to go to India in Feb. 2006 for a month. I know he needs to get his visa stamped again.
But can he get it stamped eventhough i am not accompnying him?
Can i call him on L2 with my valid I-94 and blanket Petition only?
Would really appreciate your prompt reply.
