I have 2 questions. Could you please clarify?
1) L1 to H1
I just received L1 stamping and will be in US before 30th March and will work for company X. Company Y is offering to sponsor H1. Are there any complications? Suppose, in future, if company X asks to me file a H1, can i continue with a seperate filing or should i need to transfer company's Y H1 to company X.
2) Acquisition while on L1
What if company X gets acquired by company Z. My L1 is sponsored by company X. Should i need to return to India or automatically even VISA gets implicitly transferred?
