Changing information in a L1 individual petition under RFE.

Hi,

I have an L1 individual petition under RFE. But we lost the project during this time and the managerial position is not there now.
I have another managerial opening available in another project in different location. So can I change the location, project information and other details in the existing petition under RFE to apply for the new opening? Will the petition get approved in that case? I can provide all the details requested in the RFE for the new opening.

Also is it possible to withdraw the petiton under RFE?
