Hi Friends,
I am having query on L2 EAD, currently I am L1B visa visited to US on Feb 2015.we want to apply EAD for my wife, is on L2.
and also we were in the US from the 2011-12 in the past. at that point of time she got EAD and expired on May-2013 since my L1 was valid till that point of time. I got my new petion and VISA on Nov-14.
which option we need to select when we are applying for ead now in the column (first section 1-765 form) "I am applying for : 1. Permission to accept employment
2.Replacement
3.renewal of my permission to accept my employment.
Can help us in this regard.
