    l1b renewal and period of stay

    Hi my l1b is expiring 5th June 15 and as my company is not filing extension I have to go back. My company might do a fresh l1b again.
    As I stayed only 2 years of the 3 years can I stay for 3 years if I come back.
    Anyone with renewal of l1b experience? How much is rejection rate?
