L1-A eligibility

Hi,

Can a team lead with 10 years experience apply for a L1-A visa ?
Or is it only for the senior managers and director level positions ?

A designation of a team lead can be a deterrent. However, more important is the type of role you play in your home country, the type of work you will do in US, your reporting hierarchy, educational qualifications, US Salary to name a few.
