L2 ead urgent

Hi Friends,

I am having query on L2 EAD, currently I am L1B visa visited to US on Feb 2015.we want to apply EAD for my wife, is on L2.
and also we were in the US from the 2011-12 in the past. at that point of time she got EAD and expired on May-2013 since my L1 was valid till that point of time. I got my new petion and VISA on Nov-14.
which option we need to select when we are applying for ead now in the column (first section 1-765 form) "I am applying for : 1. Permission to accept employment
2.Replacement
3.renewal of my permission to accept my employment.

Can help us in this regard.

If your wife did not lewve US during her tenure, and all you have done is a petition extension (and not a new stamping), she should apply for Renewal of EAD
