I am in L1B .
My visa getting expired on 22-Apr-15. I-129 valid till 22-April-15 , I 797 valid indefinitely.PED mentioned in passport is 22-April-15.
I have I-94 valid till 24-Nov-17.
1)Am I eligible to stay and work.
2)My dependents are in US and they have visa & I-94 getting expired on 22-Apr-15.
Do i need to apply for their L2 extension based on my I-94 or i need apply for extension for all of us.
