    L2 visa and student

    My son is
    here with L2 visa and when we start filing for green card he will be 20 years old . While he is 21 years old his green card processing will be in progress .can he continue in US with L 2 visa after 21 years till we get green card
    Also can he work here while the petition is pending with USCIS?
