I have 2 questions
1- I am a Permanent Resident of Canada. However my office is based in India and I am still on Indian payroll. Now my company is hiring me in USA and applying for L1 Blanket visa. Can I apply for the L1 visa in the US consulate in Canada or do I have to apply in India since my office is in India
2- I fall under the category of 'Executive' for L1A visa and I have a Bachelors degree in Commerce from India. My job however is IT based. Do I need to have a college degree in the same field as my job (IT) or is the degree in commerce also valid
