L-1 B Visa Rejection Impact on Applying Study related Visas

Hi All,

I am Ashis. My company is going to file L1-B Visa (Individual) for me. They are almost ready to file the petition.
As per my knowledge there is a cooling period of 365 days.

My question : I have higher studies plan in US. Is my L1-B visa rejection going to restrict me from applying study related visa (J or F visas) within 365 days of L1-B rejection ?

There is no such cooling off period. And your L1 rejection should not negatively impact the other visa type requests, they would be decided upon their own merits.
