Hi,
I need some help with regards to my Dependents L2 Visa.
My Situation as below,
I was on L1B (Valid till Oct-2017) till recently but had to apply for L1A(Valid till Apr 2017) since my Job profile is changing and I will be soon moving to an executive level. My L1A visa is approved and I got the stamped visa & passport back. My L1B and L1A are on same blanket (Not Individual) petition. There is no change whatsoever in the Petition #.
My Family is in India at the moment and already has a L2 visa valid till Oct-2017. The L2 visa was issued during my L1B status. I want to understand if they need to apply for fresh L2 or the current L2 will work fine for them since the petition # is same.
Immigration support here will be greatly appreciated.
