Hi,
Visa: L1B for a candidate from Premium software company.
Interview: April, 2015 at Chennai
Candidate history of rejection:
Rejection1: L1B - In 2011, "Visa not clearly approvable" (Even though everything was perfect from my side). I was asked to apply L1 INDIVIDUAL.
Rejection2: L1 Individual - in 2012, Request for evidence and delayed processing and weird negative response. Technical Lead position is common in US.
Rejection3: L1B in 2015 - Reason for rejection is that I should apply L1 INDIVIDUAL VISA and not "L1B" as my previous 'L1B' was rejected. Same L1B petition should not be used and suggested to individual by the interview officer.
My organization lawyer/outsourced partner has decided to challenge/Inquire the decision to deny the visa by the interview officer as my our company lawyer/outsourced partner thinks that reason for rejection was not correct.
If it is proved that interview officer decision to deny my visa was incorrect, Will the US consulate recall my application and ask me to attend the interview again? Is this possible.
Regards, Kpl
