Hi all,
am an Indian having a crafts manufacturing factory in India since 1990, like to start a distribution center in US. Currently holding B1/B2 and visited twice earlier. Now my question is:
Shall I visit on B1 and find a place of business, other statuary licenses and SSN etc., for myself and then apply for a L1. Or Should I apply for L1 first here in India and then start searching for a place of business there in US?
Also I am looking for people who are genuinely interested in procuring business on percentage basis in USA. If anyone interested please reply. Any suggestion very much appreciated. Interested to establish an distribution hub preferably in any of Harrisburg suburban, Pittsburgh suburb, Philadelphia, Houston suburb, Chicago suburb, Miami, Tampa or Dallas suburb.
