EAD filing for L2 visa based out of Illinois.

Hi,

I have moved to US recently with my wife who is on an L1 visa. I am currently holding a L2 visa and I need to get my EAD done.
I am currently based out of West Dundee, Illinois. I have a few questions.

There are 2 pocesses for filing. Offline and online.

1. For Online
a. what is the the URL?
b. After I pay the fee, to which address should I dispatch the EAD application?
c. what forms do I need to fill?

2. For offline
a. what is the process?
b. what forms do I need to fill?
c. How can pay the fee for the EAD?

3. Also how do I know that my form has reached the USCIS?
