I'm traveling outside the US for a 1 week vacation, and I have a couple of questions for when I re-enter the US.
Documents I have on hand:
1. L1A Approval Notice with the "new" I-94 on the bottom of the I-797 valid until 6/2016
2. EAD/Advance Parole Combo Card
3. Passport with the "old" I-94 valid until 12/2015
L1A approval is a result of the conversion from L1B.
Questions:
1. When I return to the US what form/s should I present to the CBP officer?
2. Since I have two I-94 forms, with different validity dates, which one of the two will prevail?
3. Should I surrender both I-94 when I depart the US?
4. Any other watchouts?
I'm just worried and don't want there to be any issues when I return.
Thanks for all the help.
