Travel with valid L1 visa after getting the H1B 221(g) refusal.

Hi All,

I have valid L1B visa but I have attend the interview on 13th December 2005 at chennai consulate for my H1B visa.I got H1B refusal 221(g).Can you clarify following questions.

1) Can I travel to USA using my valid L1B visa(Already I travelled with this visa).
2) When can I again attend for H1B interview.
3) Is there any issues will be arise in the port of entry if I go to the USA with out clearing my H1B interview.
