Can someone help me? I've tried the DV lottery for 3 years now & I didn't get selected at all. I have an Associates degree & I just don't know what's going on.. is it just based on luck?

I didn't get selected today.. What are the chances of me being selected since I wasn't selected at noon?

As long as you are eligible http://travel.state.gov/content/damh...ns_English.pdf , the rest is pure luck.
