Hi Experts,
I'm on L1B since Feb 2011 and will be completing 5 years by Feb 2016. My VISA already expired but I have a valid I-94 till Sept 2016. I would like to know can my employer apply for L1A before I complete 5 years? If so,do i need to go out of US to attend L1A visa interview? and what's the max out years for L1A.
