Hi All,
I have recently returned to the UK following the expiration of my i95, my company did not act fast enough to place a extension before the expiration of my i95. My current visa has an expiration date of Jun 2017. My PED date is March 2015, I am currently going through the process of reapplying for a L1b.
I have had conflicting responses on this, am i still ok to reapply as my original visa is still valid although i do not hold a i95?
Can you advise what my status is, can i still make an application?
