L1B : Left and join back

Hi ,

I worked for Employer A in India for 2 and half years continuously and left in March , 2015 .
I have two queries for you :

1. If I join back “Employer A” in India in June , 2015 , Will I be eligible to apply for L1B immediately once I Join ?

2. Am I eligible for L1B without joining them in India (Directly apply for L1B for the same employer A in USA).

1. Yes.
2. L1B is intra company transfer. Without proving that you working for their non US entity and that the Us entity and non US entity have a on going business relationship, it would not be possible to go for L1.
