L1 Appointment Availability

Recently I have got my L1 petition approved from USCIS. But the visa appointment is available only for March in Delhi consulate. [April in case of chennai]. Is there a way to expedite the process? I am checking the VFS system regularly. But still does anyone has any idea when VFS folks are opening up the free slots in a day[tentatively]? [I remember TTS folks used to open up slots ~4PM]
