  • Green Card Sponsorship

I am working as a L1A visa holder for my company and working since 3 years of valid experience. My current company does not go for GC process as per policy.

I wanted to check from you that whether any other company can sponsor my GC for EB1 category. Whether it is possible ?

    Read EB1 eligibility : http://www.uscis.gov/working-united-...reference-eb-1

See which one you qualify for.

This is my opinion not legal advice.

Thanks for providing the link to go through.

I am qualitfied for the category "Multinational manager" but my employer does not go for GC process as per policy. Please let me know if any other company (not affliated or subsidiary to my employer) whcih can sponsor my GC for EB1 category.

Only the company for which you have worked as a Multinational manager , outside US, for at least 1 Year , and have a similar position available in US, can sponsor your GC under EB1.

The eligibility clearly says "Your petitioning employer must be a U.S. employer. Your employer must have been doing business for at least 1 year, as an affiliate, a subsidiary, or as the same corporation or other legal entity that employed you abroad."

And "You must have been employed outside the United States in the 3 years preceding the petition for at least 1 year by a firm or corporation and you must be seeking to enter the United States to continue service to that firm or organization. Your employment must have been outside the United States in a managerial or executive capacity and with the same employer, an affiliate, or a subsidiary of the employer."
