My organisation is applying for a L1 visa for me and I'm expecting the interview to be scheduled in a month from now. unfortunately, my father's visa was rejected on the grounds of 'Alien Smuggling' - as one of his colleagues extended his stay beyond the timeline. Now I am very much concerned if my visa would get rejected based on this. I work for an american company and our family is looking forward to move to U.S. Can some one help me if this would create any problem for my visa or should I take any precaution.
