Fresh L1 Visa Application
Hi Guys,
I am new to this forum and not applied for any kind of US VISA before.
Look at my below scenario, I am very much confused...
1. My wife got H1B cleared last week, she may fly sometime in December. I don't want to fly on dependent
2. I am resigned from my organization,
3. My organization has offered me L1 VISA
4. L1 Visa rejection rate is too HIGH????
5. Shall I take a chance by applying for L1?
6. Or should wait for a year for 2016 H1B?
Does above ET link has any effect in reality?
