Hello!
This is what my story is... i was on L1b blanket from Nov 2012 to Nov 2015, i came to India for my wedding back in Feb 2015 and i went for an extension to the US consulate in Chennai. unfortunately the visa officer declined my extension and said im not qualified to be on L1b when i asked her back that im on L1b for past 2.5 years she took my passpost asked me to wait for 15 minutes and came back to me and said im cancelling your exisiting visa without prejudice. Then my employer applied for an L1b individual under premium processing and it went to RFE and then got declined after a month back in April, my case was also in play for H1b visa so far i haven't heard anything on approval so i assume that i've not got picked. I've my apartment and my car on road . . . i've no clue how to take this forward. . . any advise on my case would be really helpful. Also if anyone can tell me when is the next time i can apply for L1B that would be even more helpful. Please advise.
