L1B Extension & H1B approved same time

Hi ,
I got my L1B visa Extension approved and my I 94 is valid till MAY2016.
Also, my application got selected in H1B Lottary in APRIL2015.

Due to some reasons , I need to go back to india in JUNE2015 and comeback after a month.
I need to stamp my L1B and come back on L1B as H1B will be valid from 01OCT2015.


In this case, will there be any effect on my H1B ?
as I am stamping my L1B after selection of H1B in lottary and may be by JUNE2015 , my H1B will be approved.
will the ""RULE of last ACTION"" apply here and will cancel my H1B ?

Your H1B may not be cancelled but a COS to H1 may be abandoned.

Hi, May I know when your L1B visa extension was applied and when you got the approval? Mine was applied in Mar'15 and its still pending for decision.
