I have my L1 B blanket visa and I was in USA for around 14 month and on Jan 2015 my visa got expired. I have came back to India and again applied for the L1 B blanket bias and It got rejected . VO say’s my L1 B blanket petition is not clearly approvable you need to apply in individual category .
So my company has told me we will file for individual category and they have initiated my L1 B individual and it’s in progress now. My petition is almost ready and we will submit it soon
Recently there is need for me to travel for some business and technical meeting to USA and I have applied for B1 but it got rejected. VO told u have L1B refused in March 2015 and for same client you are going for B1 so we can’t approve it
I was shocked.
I don’t know how VO decision process work.
Please suggest and advice me
