Apply fresh L1A after cooling period

Hi,

I had completed 6 yrs and 9 mnths on my L1A last time and have spent 9 months so far outside US.

My question is,

1. Can I have my employer process my L1A petion and can I appear for PA now and then travel after I complete 12 months or should I wait for 12 months and only then have my emplyor apply for petion and PA?

You have to apply after 1 Year completion. Yes you can work with your immigration team and legal team to get the paperwork ready before that.
