Designation Change while L1A in Process

I applied for an L1A though by organization in India. After applying for L1A, my designation has changed from Senior Analyst to Assistant Manager. I have got the approval notice.

Do I need to re-apply for L1A, or change of designation does not matter in L1A?

Well, may be. I was a team lead before and was leading one team. I am doing the same now. But, my role in the US may change...like managing multiple teams.
