Visa Fee Payment

I paid the visa fee (before scheduling appointment ) using IMPS from my husbands bank account.
It has been around 3 hours , I got the reciept ID. When I try to submit the receipt ID , it says
"No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number."
The site says it should be valid by this time .

Try it now ... (after 24 hours).
