I wanted to gather your thoughts on below:
My company's immigration counsel has suggested to file for my petition extension at California USCIS.
I wanted to understand about the approval rates at this center and How often they raise a RFE ?...as I have heard a lot of stories on them raising RFE's on every other case.
Some points : I have a L1A Blanket till Oct-2018, with I-94 till March-2018, but Petition Expiry Date (PED) as 30Aug2015.
Attorney is suggesting filing for a L1A Individual Petition at California ..Hence want the thoughts from eminent forum members.
