Hello,
My husband will be applying for L1 visa, and myself and my son will be applying for L2 visa together. Since my passport and all my official documents have the maiden surname, I will be applying with that name only. But recently my husband applied for a fresh passport and got my name included under "Spouse name" with a changed surname (Suganya Kavin Prasad). But his name on passport is "Kavin Prasaad" (note there are two 'a' s before 'd', which is correct.) Will the missing 'a' in the spouse name create any conflict? Name on my passport has a different surname though, and i have a valid marriage certificate with the maiden surname(father's name) to prove the relationship.
My son's passport has Mother's name as "Suganya Kavin Prasaad" (which is correct).
Admin, please let me know if there will be any issue while we go for visa stamping?
