L2 EAD Application

Hi All,

I have question.,

I'm on my L1B visa and Visa/I94 expire on Aug 2015., I have applied for the L1B visa extension in the month of April 2015 and its currently under progress.,
Meanwhile my wife came over to US with L2 visa., and we both have applied for Visa extensions respectively.,
Now the question that I have is, Can I apply for my Spouse EAD now before the extension? or Do I have to wait until both our Visa's get extended and then apply for her EAD., Could someone please guide us., thanks

Technically you can apply for EAD. Two things can happen, one, either the EAD gets approved only till Aug 2015 which I dont think you want, or two, an RFE is raised asking to prove valid extension.
