I work for an american Company but I am based in their UK Offices. The company applied for an H1b but i was not selected at the lottery this year since I havent gotten a receipt number and we are already in June; So they would like to sponsor me with an L1, bringing me as a manager but the issue here is that I do travel to the US for business quite often; Do you know if those trips counts towards one continuous year? if its for business only ? Thank you
