L1B to H1B - Please help
Hi,
My employer X will file a L1b visa for me in July 2015 but the intention is to be in the US just for 6 months, however I have and employer Y that filed a H1B for me and it was approved on May 5 2015.
Is there any possibility to go for COS from L1B to H1B without any problem. I don't want lose the opportunity to stamp the H1B since the L1B will be just for 6 months.
Please let me know what options I may have.
