Hi,
Presently I am in US at client location with having L1 - A VISA validity till December 18th 2015. So some one please help me on my below queries.
1) I heard min 2 people reporting at onsite is mandatory for L1 A extension. Is this correct
2) My immigration team is saying to go for L1 A to L1 B conversion. Is it possible. If it is, what is the success rate.
3) And my immigration team is also saying to undergoing Canada L Blanket stamping. I didn't understand what is this mean exactly. And is this possible or good to go for this Canada L blanket VISA instead of my present L1 A VISA extension.
4) And what is the procedure for L1 A to H1 B conversion.
Could you some one please help me to clarify these queries.
