    L1B specialized skill work experience

    Hello All, I have just filed a petition for USCIS individual visa under L1B category. I am working in this company for last 2.5 years and its my first company. I have worked in projects which were later patented by the company. Will this make my skills special ? Is this experience sufficient for L1B approval.?
