HI ,
I had applied for my L1b extension from within the US. I have got RFE asking for more evidence in layman's terms and details on the organization chart.
Has anyone experienced the same with L1B extension?
Secondly,
My Lawyer is saying there is a possibility to withdraw L1B extension and travel to India to get visa on Blanket petition.
I think this will create more complication in my case, if the consular officer has information on my internal filing withdrawal and puts my case in administrative processing then I cannot reenter US.
All the information I provided in my L1B RFE and extension is true and I truly hold a special knowledge. I am not sure why my lawyer keeps saying that USCIS is rejecting more cases so there is no guarantee about my case too.
Please suggest what path I should take here.
