Dear experts,
I have been worked at IBM for 3 years, from 2008 to 2011. Afterwards, I moved to Hewlett-Packard from 2011 to 2013. Then I came back to IBM in january this year (amost 6 months).
My question is:
Due to the following official information from USCIS, Can I apply to L1-A visa once having a recommendation letter to this kind of visa from IBM? Look, IBM has wrote a letter to ask L1-A at consulate. I am not sure if I will be eligible, I mean, does it works?
