I am Indian citizen working in Singapore. I have lived in USA from year 2010 to 2012 at L1A Visa (approved under L1A Blanket) processed by same company branch/subsidiary. Now this L1A is expired. Again, my US company branch would like to hire me for long term. Can my company apply EB1C visa while I am in singapore? Or it should be L1A again (assuming EB1C can not be processed while I am in singapore). Also, what is starting step to make it happen? (Consider, i am able to satisfy the employee's qualification criteria and my company is also able to qualify the criteria)
