Hi,
I am applying for the EAD for the 1st time. While applying for EAD, as per my knowledge these are the documents required.
USCIS Filing Fee of $380
Form G-1145
Form I-765
Copy of passport
Copy of US visa
Copy of I-94 arrival/departure record
Copy of marriage certificate
Two (2) photographs
But in the Instructions document from USCIS, they have mentioned about an Identity Card "If no prior EAD has been issued, you must submit a copy of a government-issued identity document, such as a passport showing your picture, name, and date of birth; a birth certificate with photo ID; a visa issued by a foreign consulate; or a national ID document with photo and/or fingerprint. The identity document photocopy must clearly show the facial features of the applicant and the biographical information."
Can someone please help in explaining what ID card we need to include along with our application? Since I am new to US, I do not have an Driving License nor any other ID cards.
Thanks
