    Fresh L1A petition - pregnant primary applicant

    Hi,

    My employer wants to file a fresh L1A petition for me and plans to send me to US in 2-3 months. I am 4 months pregnant.

    How does it impact my chances of getting an L1A?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am struggling to find answers.
