What is the L1A criteria?
I am having 11+ years exp, in USA from last 4 years. I got promoted as manager 2 years back, I am handling a team of 20 person and most of them are out of USA. Do I meet L1A criteria or I should have X( 5 or 10) number of direct employee under me?
