Hi, guys
I'm L1 and my wife hold a L2. She has a job in our homecountry and now we're in US.
Her company is no problem with she to work remotely from USA.
However as we learnt from lawer, we should apply EAD for her even she is working remotely.
So we applied and USCIS approved, however! the F YYYY USPS failed to deliver the EAD card to us, USPS return it back to USCIS.
I think we changed address but we did register the forwarding service on USPS.
USCIS resent it , but GOD! USCIS still sent to our old address regardless we told them the new address, and now from tracking info, the package is still under "forwarding " process, I guess it may eventually return back to USCIS.
I think we will eventually get the card may be after 2 or 3 months.
Anyway, my questions are:
1)Can my wife legally work remotely for her company in home country? The company actually does not care she hold EAD or not.
Or she has to wait until she get the CARD?
2)Does the company need to submit any form to USCIS? notice the company is in our home country. I know is a company in US then they should submit a form.
